Shipping & Refunds

Free local pick up same day is available to our customers in the Sydney metro area. Our collection address is in Eastwood, NSW 2122.

Small domestic orders will be sent by Australia Post. For domestic parcels, Geode.Studio Australia uses Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service. You will be sent your tracking number via email once your item(s) have been packed securely and despatched. We re-use as much cardboard and wrapping materials as possible to ensure nothing goes to waste, so please don’t expect your order to arrive in a fancy new box 🙂

We charge $9.95 for all orders up to half a kilo and then weight based for over 500g. This is automatically calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address. For wall art or furniture purchases over 25kg we will calculate the freight once you pay for your order and we will contact you to let you know the cost and the best options available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs hold ups.

Standard: 3 – 6 business days
Express (by request): 1 – 2 business days

Standard: 10 – 20 business days
Express (by request): 4 – 7 business days


All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer’s responsibilities and Geode.Studio has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.


Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece is not quite right, you will be provided with an online store credit voucher which is valid for 3 years. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Geode.Studio is not responsible for returns or exchanges that go missing or lost in transit. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.

Once your item(s) has been received, the return will be processed within 3 business days and you will be emailed your store credit voucher. If a refund has been made you will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original order. Processing time can vary between banks so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund transaction.
